Partner, Labor & Employment Law — Fox Rothschild LLP
Regional practice lead for Fox Rothschild's Labor & Employment Department in New York City. He defends hospitality operators inside the actual audits, wage & hour cases, and Fair Workweek matters that put them on the line.
Glenn represents management in the full spectrum of labor and employment law matters. He regularly defends clients in single-plaintiff cases and class actions involving Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state wage & hour violations.
He litigates in federal and state courts, arbitration fora, and before government agencies in cases alleging breach of contract, restrictive covenants, and discrimination, harassment, and retaliation across protected categories. He also defends employers in labor disputes before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
His practice is also preventative. Glenn counsels clients on day-to-day employment, wage & hour, and labor relations matters, and on the employment-law issues that arise in mergers and acquisitions. He drafts and negotiates collective bargaining agreements, employment contracts, severance agreements, restrictive covenants, employee handbooks, and training materials — and regularly conducts wage & hour audits for Fortune 1000 companies, small businesses, and nonprofits.
